These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ydient.com (the “Website”) and services offered by YDI Entertainment (“YDI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, purchasing tickets, registering for an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website or purchase services through it.
1. YDI ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES
YDI Entertainment organizes, promotes, produces, and/or markets entertainment events and provides access to event tickets and related services.
Event-specific rules, venue policies, ticketing platform terms, age restrictions, and additional conditions may also apply to a particular event.
2. TICKET PURCHASES
All ticket purchases are subject to availability and any terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing tickets.
A ticket does not guarantee admission if the ticket holder fails to comply with event rules, venue policies, identification requirements, age restrictions, security requirements, dress codes where applicable, prohibited-item policies, or applicable law.

The advertised appearance of a particular performer, host, DJ, personality, vendor, sponsor, or attraction is not a guarantee that such person or feature will appear unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an event is postponed, relocated, or canceled, YDI Entertainment will determine the applicable ticket policy subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, venue requirements, and the policies of any ticketing platform used for the transaction.
If an event is canceled and a refund is authorized, applicable service fees, processing fees, or third-party charges may be subject to separate policies.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle a purchaser to a refund.
